Janice Kohler

Janice Kohler-Curtis is an experienced educational leader currently serving as Chief Academic Officer (CAO) at MGT since March 2022. Prior to this role, Janice held the position of CAO and Director of Professional Development and Instruction at IMSE Orton-Gillingham from August 2013 to March 2022. Janice's earlier experience includes serving as an Intervention Specialist at Streetsboro City Schools for two decades, from August 1994 to May 2014. Janice is pursuing a Doctoral degree in Reading Science at Mount St. Joseph University, with an expected completion date in May 2024. Janice also holds a Master's in the Art of Teaching from Marygrove College, a Bachelor of Science in Special Education and Teaching from Kent State University, and a Master of Arts in Special Education and Teaching from Marygrove College.
