Haley Shin

Haley (Heajin) Shin has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and companies. Haley (Heajin) started their career in 1998 as a Performance Consultant at Hewitt Associates and later worked as an HRD Manager at Choicepoint INC. In 2005, they joined CJ Cheiljedang as a Talent Management & OD Sr. Manager. Haley (Heajin) then moved on to CJ Corp (holdings) as a Global HR Sr. Manager in 2010. In 2011, they became a Talent Development Sr. Manager at Hyundai HYSCO and held the same role at Hyundai Steel from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, they transitioned to SAP Korea as a SuccessFactors Delivery Executive. Haley (Heajin) is currently working as the Chief of Learning Officer at AMOREPACIFIC since 2016.

Haley (Heajin) Shin obtained a PhD in ISD from Florida State University, where they studied from 1995 to 1998. Additionally, they hold certifications as an Interview Architect and Leadership Architect from Korn Ferry, as well as a Strength Coach certification from Gallup.
