Michael Rady

Michael Rady has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Michael began their career in 2004 as a Medical Representative at Habib Scientific Office. In 2005, they moved to Amoun Pharmaceutical Industries Company where they held the position of Senior Quality Assurance (GMP compliance) until April 2022. Michael then transitioned to the role of Head of Compliance at the same company. In 2020, they joined BEC Exec Academy as a Quality Instructor and in 2021, they became a GMP Instructor at American Society Institute. Overall, Michael has demonstrated expertise in compliance, quality assurance, and instruction within the pharmaceutical and education sectors.

Michael Rady completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Biochemistry from Ain Shams University, which they earned between 1999 and 2004. Michael further advanced their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General from Paris ESLSCA Business School, spanning from 2020 to 2023. Additionally, Michael Rady acquired several certifications throughout their career. Notable certifications include Certified Trainer from Ain Shams University, Lead Auditor ISO 50001-2018 EnMs from the International Register of Certificated Auditors (IRCA), and Project Management Professional (PMP) from The American University in Cairo. Michael also obtained certifications in fields such as Pharmacovigilance, Lean Six Sigma, Quality Audit, and Risk Management.
