Justin Ukaegbu has extensive experience in the field of graphic design and brand marketing. Justin started their career as an Assistant Art Director at 141 Worldwide in 2009 and worked there until 2013. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Creative Designer at Startup Partners Africa and then joined Godrej as a Creative Executive, where they developed concepts for hair extension packaging and delivered design materials to support digital activities. In 2015, Justin worked as a Freelance Design Consultant and a Senior Creative Designer at Fidelity Bank PLC, where they conceptualized and executed design projects for brand improvement. Justin also worked as a Marketing Campaigns and Design Manager at Diamond Bank Plc and was responsible for leading and executing internal and external campaigns. In 2019, Justin joined Access Bank Plc as a Team Member for Group Marketing and Retail Analytics unit. Justin later became an Associate Creative Director at DisruptDNA, where they administered various phases of creative work and created campaign concepts for new digital products. In 2021, Justin worked as a Brand/UI Designer and later as a Creative and UI Designer at Tryba Business Banking. Currently, they are working as a Brand & Marketing Designer at SYNTECH BIOFUEL. Justin has a strong background in creating eye-catching designs for social media, developing merchandising concepts, and executing campaigns across multiple platforms.

Justin Ukaegbu completed their education in a variety of fields and institutions. In 2002-2007, they attended Enugu State University Of Science And Technology, where they earned a Bsc/Edu degree in Computer Science and Education. In 2012, they obtained a certificate in Digital Marketing from Stellenbosch Business School. In 2014, they received a certificate in Innovation & Creativity from Harvard ManageMentor. Continuing their education, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Graphic Design at the University of Hertfordshire from 2021 to 2022. Additionally, Justin has acquired several certifications, including UX & UI Design Fundamentals from The School of UX in May 2022, a Verified Certificate in Digital Branding and Engagement from Curtin University in April 2019, a Certificate of Accomplishment from DataCamp in November 2018, and an edX Verified Certificate for Inclusive Leadership Training: Becoming a Successful Leader (specific dates not provided).
