Gemma Walker

Gemma Walker has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Gemma is currently the Head of Data, Insights, and Operations - Marketing at AMP since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Commonwealth Bank as the Executive Director, Head of Customer at CommBank iQ from July 2021 to June 2022. In their role at CommBank iQ, Gemma led the Customer team and collaborated with various stakeholders to provide actionable insights and commercial solutions. Before joining CommBank, Gemma held various positions at Commonwealth Bank from 2014 to 2020, including Executive Manager, Analytics Engagement & Delivery, and Senior Change Manager. Gemma also worked at Deloitte as a Human Capital Manager and HR and Change Management Consultant from 2005 to 2014. Gemma's earlier experience includes working as a Technology Mobilisation Manager at London 2012 from June 2009 to September 2012.

Gemma Walker attended the University of Nottingham from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics.
