Ho-Yan Shum

Ho-Yan Shum is a seasoned IT professional with significant experience in platform support and collaboration management. Currently serving as the Platform Support Manager for Digital Workplace at AMP since May 2022, Ho-Yan has previously held key roles at News Corp Australia from June 2011 to May 2022, including Collaboration Manager [APAC], End User Computing Manager, and SharePoint Tech Lead/Manager. Responsibilities included leveraging Google Workspace and OKTA for collaborative communications and identity management, respectively, while managing end-user computing with an emphasis on device security and compliance. Earlier career experience at the Reserve Bank of Australia as a Senior Systems Officer/Technical Lead involved extensive work with Microsoft SharePoint and application development across various platforms. Ho-Yan holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with a focus on Business Information Systems from the University of Technology Sydney.
