Payman Farrokhyar

Payman Farrokhyar brings over 20 years of leadership experience in the construction and engineering services industry, with a strong track record of scaling businesses across the Western U.S. by expanding into new markets, integrating service lines, and driving operational transformation. Prior to joining AMPAM, he served as President of Total-Western, where he led a company-wide transformation that broadened service offerings and expanded geographic reach. He has also held senior leadership roles at Southland Industries and Siemens, where he launched new business lines, executed operational turnarounds, and strengthened client partnerships across the region. Payman holds a B.S. in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Colorado School of Mines and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
