Sheshnee Naidoo

Sheshnee Naidoo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and program management across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Project Delivery Office at Ampath Laboratories since April 2023, Sheshnee focuses on establishing and enhancing project management capabilities. As the founder of JustBe Studios and OpenMic Foundation, Sheshnee promotes mental and spiritual well-being and storytelling as a means for connection and empowerment. Previous roles include Senior Program Manager at BD, Executive Program Manager and Release Train Engineer at Nedbank, and leadership positions at Edcon and Anglo American, where Sheshnee successfully managed complex programs and developed management capabilities. Sheshnee's foundational education includes studies at UNISA and IIE Varsity College.
