Aline Aguiar

Aline Aguiar has a diverse range of work experience in quality management and engineering roles. Aline currently works as a QA/QC Manager at AMPCO METAL, where they adapt quality demands to customer expectations and promotes quality achievement through defined objectives and targets. Prior to this, they worked at Honeywell Industrial Safety as a Quality Team Lead and Quality Engineer. In these roles, they created and implemented QMS systems, supported HOS deployment, and conducted quality training and skills development. Aline also worked as a Quality Engineer at Honeywell, where they monitored and maintained clients' quality performance and led root cause corrective actions. Aline has experience in handling and processing return material authorizations, performing first article inspections, and implementing quality and reliability standards at LSI Industries Inc. In their previous role at Feintool, Aline was responsible for testing, inspecting, and authorizing components and conducting PPAP studies. Aline also worked as a Research and Innovation Engineer at thyssenkrupp, where they utilized Six Sigma tools and conducted various analyses to implement continuous improvements. Additionally, Aline has experience as a Quality Analyst at RB, where they implemented quality maintenance management systems and maintained supplier documents. Aline Aguiar obtained their Chemical Technician degree from Colégio Singular between 2008 and 2010. Following that, they pursued a degree in Materials Engineering with a focus on Metal, Polymers, and Ceramics at Centro Universitário Fundação Santo André from 2011 to 2016.
