Tushar Pawar

Tushar Pawar has several years of experience in various roles within the engineering industry. Tushar began their career as a Trainee Engineer at Hitein Bushings Pvt, Ltd., where they learned and supervised different manufacturing processes and managed timely dispatch and delivery of goods. Tushar then moved on to work as an Engineering Project Manager at Precision Die Casting, where they designed and manufactured dies for eccentric connecting rods, achieving minimal material wastage and high-quality casting. Tushar later joined Atlas Copco as an MBA Summer Project intern, where they conducted market research and analysis for oil-free air compressors. Tushar then joined TAL Manufacturing Solutions Limited, a subsidiary of TATA Motors, as a Senior Executive in Marketing, focusing on new product development, channel partner development, and marketing activities for machine tools. Tushar then worked as the Head of Business Development at Grupo Wisco, responsible for developing business strategies and building relationships with clients. Currently, they serve as the National Head at AMPCO METAL, a Swiss-based speciality alloy engineering company, where they oversee various operations and product lines, including copper-based alloys, non-sparking safety tools, and speciality welding products.

Tushar Pawar began their education in 1994 at Nirmala Convent High School in Satara, where they completed their SSC degree in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration in 1999. Tushar then attended Y.C.I.S in Satara from 1999 to 2001, earning their HSC degree in Science. In 2001, Tushar enrolled at K.B.P. College of Engineering in Satara and graduated in 2005 with a B.E. in Production. Following this, they pursued an M.B.A. in Marketing from Indira Institute of Management in Pune, completing it in 2008.
