J. Brett McBrayer

J. Brett McBrayer is the current CEO of Ampco-Pittsburgh Corp. J. has held this position since May of 2017. Prior to their current role, Mr. McBrayer served as the President and CEO of Airtex Products / ASC Industries from October 2012 to May 2017. J. was also the Vice President and General Manager of Rio Tinto Alcan from January 2011 to October 2012 where they improved the P&L and sold the business in 18 months. From January 2009 to December 2010, Mr. McBrayer was the Vice President and General Manager of Precision Castparts. J. began their career with Alcoa in January 1989 as the Location Manager of Alcoa Primary Metals and remained with the company for 20 years, until December 2009.

J. Brett McBrayer has a B.S. in industrial engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and an M.A. in applied behavioral science from Bastyr University.
