Joachim Lohse is the Founder and CEO of Ampcontrol, an AI-powered software company that significantly reduces electric vehicle charging costs by up to 60%. Prior to this, Joachim worked as an Energy Consultant at PwC, focusing on product development, process optimization, and blockchain applications. Earlier experiences include business development roles at Siemens, where Joachim managed industrial solutions in the food and beverage sector and led projects aimed at supply chain and marketing improvements across ASEAN. Start of the career includes positions as an Engineer with High-Octane Motorsports and project management at Daimler AG, contributing to a global restructuring initiative. Joachim holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Economics from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, along with additional education from AngelPad.
