Aaron Williams

Aaron Williams is a seasoned professional in developer relations and community management, currently serving as the Developer Relations Community Manager at Ampere since September 2022. As the Director of Community at IoT Hub Meetup, Aaron leads a network of around 5,000 technologists and industry experts focused on the Internet of Things and Industry 4.0. Previous roles include Community Manager and Developer Advocate for DataStax and Apache Pulsar, where Aaron contributed to enhancing community engagement and supporting advanced cloud-native streaming solutions. Experience at The Linux Foundation involved strengthening the developer community around multiple edge computing projects. Aaron also has a history of developing SAP's internal maker-space, the d-shop, significantly expanding its global reach, as well as various roles in software engineering and product management throughout a career that began in 2003. Educationally, Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from Arizona State University.
