Erin Ruecker

Erin Ruecker has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Erin started their career as a Financial Analyst at CT Health & Educational Facilities Authority in 2000 and worked there until 2004. Erin then joined The Regence Group as a Senior Accountant, where they played a pivotal role in filing financial statements and determining accounting treatment for non-routine transactions. Erin Ruecker joined Intel Corporation in 2010, holding various roles including Finance/Business Analyst, Product Cost Analyst, and M&A Finance Integration. At Intel, they gained expertise in cost/inventory forecasting, financial integration, and analysis. In 2018, Erin Ruecker joined Ampere, a fast-growing tech start-up, as the Director of Finance, responsible for developing financial processes and leading global teams in areas such as financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, audit, and system administration. In January 2021, they were promoted to the role of VP of Finance at Ampere.

Erin Ruecker obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Connecticut School of Business in 1999. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree from the Portland State University - School of Business between 2005 and 2007.
