Kara Tatman

Kara Tatman is corporate secretary and assistant general counsel at Ampere. Prior to joining Ampere, Kara was a partner at Perkins Coie LLP, where she advised on securities offerings, corporate governance practices, disclosure matters, and mergers and acquisitions. Before her legal career, Kara held financial analyst roles at Intel and Target Corporation.

She holds a J.D. from the University of Arizona and a B.S. from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
