Laura Cattell

Laura Cattell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain planning, operations, and coaching. As the Owner of Open To the Possibilities: Coaching & Consultation since June 2016, Laura specializes in personal and professional coaching, including Integral Coaching and leadership training. Currently serving as Senior Director of Manufacturing Planning at Ampere since May 2022, Laura is responsible for supply chain activities and collaboration with Sales and Product teams. Previous roles at Intel Corporation include Senior Director for various departments, where Laura led initiatives in High Velocity methodologies, communicated product roadmaps, and managed operations across multiple teams. Laura's career began at Intel in 1981, spanning several director-level positions focused on operations, supply chain improvement, and human resources. Laura holds a BBA in Marketing and Management from the University of Portland.
