Kara Cabassa has extensive work experience starting as a Marketing/Advertising Senior Associate at Sotheby's in 2011. Kara later worked in marketing consultancy roles for digital media Europe conferences in 2013 and 2014 at WAN-IFRA before moving to Publicis Consultants as a Digital and Editorial Consultant for L'Oreal and Nestle in 2013. Between 2014 and 2015, they worked at (add)ventures as a Digital Strategist and later at MSLGROUP as a Digital Senior Account Executive. From 2016 to 2018, Kara worked at Ignite Technologies' subsidiary, Chute, as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager and later as a Director of Account Strategy. Between 2018 and 2019, they were Senior Manager for Enterprise Customer Success at Optimizely and designed, built, and launched programs to improve customer success throughout the customer lifecycle. Kara later became a Director of Customer Success at Evolv AI in 2019, where they oversaw a team of enterprise CSMs and achieved a 100% renewal rate on IC-managed accounts and 58% expansion in enterprise accounts. Currently, Kara Cabassa works as Director of Account Management at Amperity starting in 2022.

Kara Cabassa received a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Global Communications from The American University of Paris in 2013. Prior to that, they attended the University of Rhode Island where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a major in English Literature and Writing. It is unclear when they attended Bond University or if they earned a degree from there.
