Richa Narayan

Richa Narayan is an experienced professional in program management and regional leadership, currently serving as Regional Manager at Ampersand Group since June 2022. Prior to this role, Richa held the position of Program Manager at Udhyam Learning Foundation from September 2021 to April 2022, where responsibilities included leading the Udhyami program to support micro/nano entrepreneurs in Bangalore with interest-free loans, successfully onboarding over 500 individuals. Additional experience includes program management roles at Handicrafts and Carpet Sector Skill Council, where Richa developed qualification packs and curricula, and at LEND A HAND INDIA (UK), where implementation of a vocational subject benefitted over 1,000 students across Delhi and Gurgaon. Richa also served as Senior Program Coordinator at Roshni, managing stakeholder relationships and training across numerous government schools. With a PG in Development Communication from Jamia Millia Islamia and a Bachelor's in Mass Communication from Patna Women's College, Richa has a strong educational background in development studies and communication.
