Stephanie Barry is a seasoned design strategist with extensive experience in driving innovation and growth across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Design Strategist at AMPERSAND.vc, Stephanie focuses on integrating design with strategic initiatives to uncover new growth opportunities. As a member of the Cornell Human Ecology Dean's Advisory Board and Co-Chair of the Engagement Committee for the Cornell Human Ecology Alumni Association Board, Stephanie contributes to key operational and strategic initiatives. As the Founder and Managing Director of Vim Research + Design, Stephanie has successfully led system-level innovation programs for Fortune 100 companies and emerging start-ups. Previous roles include Design Strategist at LBMC, Strategic Director at Cheskin, and Regional Director at Doblin, highlighting a strong background in qualitative research and design thinking. Stephanie's educational background includes an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Bachelor's in Textile and Apparel Design from Cornell University.
