Bart Spendley

Bart Spendley has over 15 years of professional experience in the military and corporate sectors. Bart started their career in 2007 as a Scheduler and Mobility Officer for the United States Air Force. In 2009, they became a Plans and Programs Officer for the US Central Command (CENTCOM) where they managed exercise and contingency response planning. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a DoD Contractor for L-3 Vertex, where they maximized $250,000 in flight costs for 3 sorties per day. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as an Operations Superintendent for BAND-IT IDEX, developing $1.8M of direct labor to produce $52M of product annually. In 2017, they took the role of Sr Program Analyst for USSOCOM Det. 1 at Torch Technologies, managing a $200M budget for procurement of weapons and enabling technologies. In 2018, they became a Program Manager for Sierra Nevada Corporation. Finally, in 2022, they became a Program Manager III for AMPEX Data Systems Corporation.

Bart Spendley completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics in 2004, majoring in Management and Finance. Bart then went on to pursue a MS IT Project Management from the University of Denver, which they completed in 2016.
