Bill Silver Pmp, Scpm

Bill Silver has over 20 years of work experience in project management and product development. Bill is currently serving as the Director of NPI & Project Management at Amphenol Alden since June 2016. Prior to this, they held the position of New Product Development Manager at Amphenol Alden Products starting from October 2010. From December 2006 to November 2010, Bill served as the Director of R&D at Holmed Corporation. Before that, they were a Lead Mechanical Engineer at GE Healthcare from March 2003 to December 2005. Bill also worked as a Sr. Product Development Engineer at Endius, Inc. from August 2000 to March 2003 and as a Sr. Design Engineer at Stryker Endoscopy from August 1997 to August 2000.

Bill Silver, PMP, SCPM has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, obtained in 1997. Bill also holds several additional certifications, including a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI, obtained in August 2011. In March 2013, they obtained a certification in Negotiation Skills: Strategies for Increased Effectiveness from the Harvard Division of Continuing Education. Most recently, in January 2015, they obtained a certificate in Stanford Advanced Project Management.
