Prior to that, they attended Western Michigan University from 2010 to 2015, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Human Resources.
In addition to their formal education, Lindsey has obtained several certifications. In August 2020, they achieved the SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management. This certification demonstrates their expertise and knowledge in the field of human resources. Lindsey also holds a certification as a Certified DDI Facilitator from DDI | Development Dimensions International, obtained in May 2016. Furthermore, they have completed a course in Compensation Studies from eCornell, completing it in March 2022.
