Lance E. D’Amico

Lance D’Amico is the Senior Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel. Prior to joining the Company in 2016, Mr. D’Amico was Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel at UTi Worldwide Inc. from 2014 to 2016 and served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel from 2006 to 2014. Prior to joining UTi Worldwide, he served as General Counsel and Executive Vice President at Element K Corporation from 2000 to 2006. Prior to Element K, Mr. D’Amico was an associate for six years at the law firm of Cravath, Swaine & Moore where he specialized in mergers & acquisitions, securities and corporate finance. Mr. D’Amico has a juris doctor degree from the New York University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College.
