Steven DeGraeve has extensive work experience, starting in 1994 at Standard Coffee & Tea as a Warehouse & Delivery employee. In 1997, they joined The Scruffy Church as an Associate Pastor, where they worked for 10 years as a Children's Pastor and 5 years as a Spiritual Formation Pastor. Their key focus was teaching children about Jesus and connecting people to the church. In 1998, they joined Amphenol Sine Systems as a Production Supervisor. In 2002, they moved to Amphenol Industrial Products Group, where they held various roles, including Operations Manager, Director of Quality, Quality & Engineering Director, and currently, Operations Director - North America.

Our manufacturing capabilities include CNC machining, die-casting, molding, impact and extruding, plating, screw machining and process controls. AIPG also has a fully equipped material evaluation lab and an engineering support organization utilizing the latest in computer aided design software and analysis tools.
