Darren Little

Darren Little is an experienced operations professional with a career spanning from July 2003 to the present. Currently serving as Operations Director at Amphenol LTD since November 2014, Darren has progressed through various roles including Operations Manager, Interim Operations Manager, and Production Manager, overseeing machine shop and plating shop operations. Previously, Darren was a CNC Programmer and Production Engineer, responsible for writing CNC programs for complex multi-axis machinery and implementing efficiency improvements. Prior experience includes working as a CNC Programmer and CNC setter/operator at BMM Weston Ltd. from July 2003 to November 2014.
