Lisa W. currently serves as a Volunteer Firefighter EMT at PK West Volunteer Fire Department since March 2022 and as a Bilingual EMT On-Call Coordinator at Amphibious Medics since December 2018, where responsibilities include acting as a site medic and rescue diver. Additionally, Lisa has been an Adjunct Instructor for the National Safety Council since February 2019, teaching Texas Employer Transportation Safety Training. As an Author and Professional Training specialist since May 2014, Lisa focuses on training development, live instruction, and e-learning. Previous experience includes development roles at SuccessCE and Virtual Benefits Group, LLC, along with managing positions at True Benefits Administrators and Diversified Benefits. Educational qualifications include certifications as a Nationally Registered EMT and various industry-related credentials, along with a Bachelor of Science from Liberty University.
