Lisa Butler

Lisa Butler currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations at Amphista Therapeutics Limited since August 2025. Prior to this role, Lisa garnered extensive experience at AstraZeneca from April 2019 to August 2025, holding positions as Senior Director and Head of Study Leadership in Early Oncology, along with serving as Senior Group Director and Director of Scientific Project Management. Lisa also was the Managing Director at Indagatio Clinical Ltd from December 2014 to August 2025 and previously held the role of Director of Clinical Development at MedImmune from July 2016 to April 2019. Earlier in her career, Lisa worked as a Clinical Research Consultant at LHB Clinical Research from September 2010 to July 2016. Lisa holds a D.Phil. in Clinical Medicine (Leukaemia/Lymphoma) from the University of Oxford and a BSc (Hons) in Toxicology from the University of Surrey.
