Alison Francis has worked in a variety of roles since 1999. Alison began their career as a Receptionist at Lobster Tales, INC. in 1999. In 2005, they worked as an Assignment Desk Intern at WHDH-TV, a Reporter/Producer/Anchor at News7 LSCTV, and an Associate Media Operator at ESPN. From 2012 to 2022, they worked at Energy Services Group (ESG) as a Supervisor of Client Operations, a Billing Operations Team Lead, a Billing Operations Analyst II, and a Billing Operations Analyst. Currently, they are the Manager of Customer Care at Ampion, PBC.

Alison Francis attended Lyndon State College from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a B.S in Television Studies; Broadcast and an A.S in Television Production.
