Kelly Phillips

Kelly Phillips is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Ampirical since May 2022. Prior to this role, Kelly spent over a decade at Lamar Advertising Company, where positions included Assistant Vice President of Human Resources and Employee Experience Director, overseeing key HR functions such as Talent Acquisition, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), and Compensation. Kelly's career began at Syngenta Crop Protection as an HR Intern, where foundational skills in recruitment and personnel management were developed.
