Ranjitha HN has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Ranjitha started their career in 2007 as an Executive - Admin at Mahindra Engineering Design & Development Company. From there, they moved on to La Marvella Sarovar Premiere, where they worked as an HR Generalist, handling various aspects such as payroll, compensation, benefits, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and grievance handling.

In 2013, Ranjitha joined Citrine Business Boutique Hotel as a Human Resources Generalist and was responsible for talent acquisition, sourcing candidates, and issuing offer letters. Following that, they worked as the Manager of Human Resources at Nerve Centrex Software India Pvt Ltd for three years, where they managed talent acquisition, employee orientation, performance appraisals, and more.

Currently, Ranjitha is employed at Ample Technologies as a Senior HR Operations professional. Ranjitha'sresponsibilities include onboarding new hires, payroll processing, issuing offer letters, and conducting induction and orientation sessions.
