The Role
- As a Business Operations Specialist, you’ll work on projects close to senior leadership and founders and develop analyses to surface insights and support any data-driven decision affecting our company.
What you’ll do
- Structure project’s roadmaps
- Benchmark best practices to guide your recommendation
- Clean and modify datasets to enable the best insights at scale;
- Research and develop data models to provide insights and find business opportunities;
- Develop essential dashboards to ensure visibility and accurate performance insights;
- Identify areas for improvement and create reports that summarize your findings and recommendations;
- Manage several stakeholders to gather input and promote alignment
- Contribute to the success of the projects through insightful analytics;
Who you are
- Experience in Business Analytics, even if in college;
- Proficient in SQL and Excel / Google Sheets;
- Comfortable with BI front-end tools (e.g., Metabase, Tableau, Looker, other);
- You turn insights into a compelling and meaningful narrative, through engaging presentations;
- You persuade individuals to your point of view through use of data and analysis;
- Fluent in English
