Helen Küngas

Helen Küngas has a diverse work experience spanning over 12 years. Helen began their career in 2007 as a Tour Guide and Travel Consultant for OÜ Baltic Kuurort Grupp. In 2009, they worked as a Tour Guide for TopTours AS. In 2010, they worked as a Sales Agent for Runway > Your Outsourcing Partner. From 2012 to 2017, they worked for Hurtigruten in various roles, including Product Coordinator, Central Europe Emergency Support Specialist, and Central Europe and Germany Sales Consultant. Since 2017, they have been working for Ampler Bikes in various roles, including Chief Experience Officer, Head of Customer Experience, and Customer Experience Manager.

Helen Küngas received their Master's Degree in International Relations and Affairs from Tallinn University between 2011 and 2016. Helen also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Middle East and Asian Studies/ Turkology and Arabistics from Tallinn University between 2006 and 2010. In 2009, Helen attended Ankara University to study Turkish Language. Lastly, they went to Rakvere Reaalgümnaasium between 2003 and 2006 to study Economics.
