Victoria Goncharuk

Victoria Goncharuk has worked in the hospitality industry since 2007. Victoria began their career at the InterContinental Hotels Group, where they held three positions: Sales Manager - Groups, Meetings and Events, Front Office Training Manager, and Guest Relations. In 2014, they joined the Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem as a Sales Manager, where they were responsible for managing yearly contracts of corporations and embassies. In 2015, they became the Sales Manager at Queen of Sheba Eilat, where they worked with domestic travel agencies and created seasonal incentive programs to increase production. In 2019, they joined The Setai, Orchid & Herbert Samuel hotels as a Sales Manager, where they worked with tour operators and travel agencies. Finally, in 2022, they became the Office Manager at Amplication.

Victoria Goncharuk obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Tel Aviv University between 2009 and 2012.
