Daniel Jones

Daniel Jones is the current Head of Finance & HR at AmplifAI. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Finance at BenefitMall from January 2014 to May 2021. In this role, they were responsible for planning, budgeting, analytics, treasury, and financial assessments of strategic initiatives and projects. Daniel was also instrumental in the successful sale of BenefitMall to the Carlyle Group in December 2018 in addition to the divestiture of its payroll business vertical to ADP in 2020.

Previously, Daniel served as the Finance Manager at Flexi Compras from January 2011 to December 2014. In this role, they were responsible for financial planning and forecasting, budgeting, and analysis. Daniel also oversaw the company's M&A activities and was involved in the successful sale of the company to a private equity firm in 2014.

Prior to Flexi Compras, Daniel served as a Sr. Finance Analyst at JCPenney from January 2006 to December 2009. In this role, they were responsible for financial planning and analysis, forecasting, and reporting. Daniel also played a key role in JCPenney's successful turnaround during this time period.

Daniel Jones has earned an Executive MBA from The University of Texas at Dallas as well as a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of South Florida. Daniel is a Scholar with High Distinction and has been recognized for their academic achievements.

They are on a team with Moky Cheung - Head of Operations, Mike Chevraux - Head of Enterprise Sales, and Julie Hsu - Head of Marketing. Their manager is Sean Minter, CEO & Founder.
