Shivangi Agarwal

Shivangi Agarwal has a diverse range of work experience. Shivangi started their career as a Summer Intern at Reliance Communications in 2010. After that, they worked as a Consultant at Capgemini from 2012 to 2016, where they managed a team and tested the DSM application with zero UAT defects. Shivangi also worked on projects with Procter & Gamble and T-Mobile, where they developed test scenarios, coordinated with global teams, and documented defects.

Following their time at Capgemini, Shivangi joined First American (India) as a QA Engineer and Junior Scrum Master. Shivangi played a key role in the development of the FASTSearch processing system and received the most reliable team award for delivering user stories without any UAT failures. Shivangi also debugged and diagnosed complex software issues.

Shivangi then worked as a Scrum Master at IT Divine Web Solutions from 2017 to 2020, leading two scrum teams and hosting daily standups and capacity planning meetings for the Telenor Digital transformation project. After that, they joined Optum Global Solutions International B.V. as a Scrum Master, where they hosted agile ceremonies and collaborated with business stakeholders.

Most recently, Shivangi worked at EY as a Senior Consultant. In this role, they facilitated discussions, assessed risks, and ensured timely delivery of project deliverables. Shivangi worked with cross-functional teams and presented risks to higher management.

Currently, Shivangi Agarwal is working as a Scrum Master at Amplifi Capital, starting in 2023.

Shivangi Agarwal obtained their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the Moradabad Institute of Technology, Moradabad. Shivangi attended the institute from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their intermediate education at Wilsonia College from 1994 to 2007, with a focus on PCM (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics). In addition to their formal education, Shivangi Agarwal has also earned several certifications, including Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in January 2020 and Certified SAFe 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in August 2022.
