Jonathan Bocaniciu

Jonathan Bocaniciu has extensive work experience in IT operations and support. Jonathan currently holds the position of Director of IT Operations at ampliFI Loyalty Solutions, where they have been since February 2021. Prior to this, Jonathan worked at Citadel LLC as a Senior Global Support Engineer from May 2016 to April 2020. In addition to their technical responsibilities, they also served as a Site Manager from March 2017 to March 2019. Before joining Citadel LLC, Jonathan worked as a Unix Windows Infrastructure Support Consultant at UBS O'Connor from August 2014 to March 2016. Jonathan also gained experience as a Trade Support Engineer at Gelber Group LLC from April 2014 to July 2014. Jonathan's earlier roles include positions at Harris Associates as a Help Desk Technologist and Programs Manager from April 2013 to April 2014, and the United States Air Force as a Programs Manager from April 2007 to April 2011.

Jonathan Bocaniciu pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Networking Technologies from DePaul University from 2011 to 2014. In addition to their degree, they obtained the Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT) certification from Cisco in December 2019 and the Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) certification in January 2020.
