MINI THOMAS, M.S., Ph.D

Mini Thomas, M.S., Ph.D has an extensive work experience in various scientific and research roles. Most recently, Dr. Thomas served as the Principal Scientist at Amplified Sciences, Inc. starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Quince Therapeutics as a Senior Scientist from May 2022 to May 2023, where they developed PK and ADA assays for human clinical trials and managed technical transfers to CROs.

From September 2020 to May 2022, Dr. Thomas worked at Novosteo Inc as Scientist III. In this role, they contributed to scientific research and projects. Prior to that, they served as a Scientist II at On Target Laboratories, Inc. from November 2016 to April 2020. MINI'sresponsibilities included managing research, personnel, equipment, and protocols in the biology department, as well as recruitment and budgeting.

Dr. Thomas also has academic research experience. MINI worked as a Walther Oncology Physical Sciences and Engineering Embedding Fellow at Purdue University Dept. of Chemistry & IU Medical School from March 2011 to June 2013. From August 2007 to June 2013, they worked as an Associate Research Scientist at Purdue University Dept. of Chemistry.

Mini Thomas holds a Ph.D in Organic Chemistry from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc). Prior to that, Mini Thomas also served as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where they focused on Chemistry & Bioengineering.
