Cam Arrubla

Cam Arrubla is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in organisational change and HR transformation. Currently serving as Head of HR Operations and Organisation at Amplifon, Cam has previously held significant roles including Group Head of People, Culture and Communications at NCI Packaging, and Head of HR for Oceania at Tetra Pak. Cam's career also includes experience as People & Capability Manager at Serco. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Management (Human Resources) from the University of Melbourne and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Murdoch University.
