Giovanni Buonajuto

Giovanni Buonajuto is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Group HR Senior Director for Global Functions and Organization Effectiveness at Amplifon since December 2018, Giovanni previously held various senior HR positions at Whirlpool EMEA from February 2011 to December 2018, including HR Director for the Industrial Area EMEA Region. Earlier career experience includes serving as the Head of HR Management at Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A. and HR Business Partner at Vodafone IT. Giovanni holds a Laurea in Giurisprudenza from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II and a Master's degree in Human Resources from IPSOA scuola di formazione, along with a classical diploma from Liceo Classico Jacopo Sannazaro.
