Pipier Bewlay

Pipier Bewlay currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Sorenson Communications, leading the HR function and aligning strategies with business objectives to enhance employee engagement and talent management. Previously, Pipier held the position of Managing Director Human Resources & Inclusion at Bridge Investment Group, where contributions included facilitating mergers and acquisitions with a significant retention rate of 95%. As CEO, CHRO, Executive Coach, and Consultant at People Maintenance, Pipier provided executive coaching and consulting services, while also serving as VP of People at Imagine Learning, managing the organization's national People function during the COVID-19 pandemic. Pipier’s experience also includes leadership roles at Cox Communications, where strategic HR initiatives supported employee experience and business success. Pipier holds an executive leadership development degree from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
