Shannon Prate

Shannon Prate has extensive experience in finance and human resources, currently serving as the Director of Total Rewards and HR Operations at Amplifon since August 2014, where responsibilities include leading compensation planning and designing competitive pay systems. Previously, Shannon held the role of Director of Accounting, overseeing a team of 30, ensuring compliance with IFRS and US GAAP, and handling treasury functions. Prior to that, Shannon was a Senior Accounting Manager, managing accounts payable and receivable functions, and has audit experience as a Manager at RSM US LLP. Shannon earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Winona State University.
