Emily Naufel

Emily Naufel has over 13 years of experience in customer success, operations, and marketing. Emily began their career in 2006 as an intern at The Modeling Group. In 2007, they joined Ecolab as an Operations Specialist, later becoming an Assistant Manager, Operations and then a Manager, Operations. In 2017, Emily joined Cardinal Health as a US Senior Regional Marketing Manager - Localized Temperature Therapy, Woman & Baby, Urolo, where they were responsible for championing integrated marketing plans to drive customer acquisition, brand affinity, sales growth, and improved profitability. Emily also led a team of dual direct reports in supporting the Nursing Care Products Division. In 2020, Emily joined AmpliFund as Manager, Customer Success and Implementation Team Lead.

Emily Naufel obtained their Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Business Statistics from Miami University between 2003 and 2007. In May 2019, they obtained their Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from MoreSteam. Emily also holds a CP-FS certification.
