Sophie Lake has a diverse and extensive work experience in the advertising industry. Sophie started their career in 2010 as a New Business Assistant at Lean Mean Fighting Machine. From there, they moved on to VCCP in 2012, where they worked as an Account Executive and later as an Account Manager until 2014. Sophie then joined Wieden + Kennedy as an Account Manager, a role they held until 2018. In 2018, they joined Grey London as an Account Director and later became a Business Director. Their most recent position was at Amplify, where they worked as a Business Director before being promoted to Group Business Director in 2023.

Sophie Lake has a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from the University of Nottingham.
