Ryan Haynes

Ryan Haynes has a diverse work experience in various industries. Ryan started their career at IDEXX as a Diagnostic Sales Consultant from 1995 to 1999. Ryan then worked at Synernet Inc., MaineHealth as the Director of Product Marketing in the healthcare sector from 2003 to 2006. Following that, they joined Leap Year, Inc. and served as the Director of Product Development for consumer products from 2006 to 2015. In 2014, they became the Principal and R&D Lead at Keel Rebus Bioscience, focusing on oncology therapeutics. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Distributor for Metric Medical Devices, specializing in medical implant distribution. In 2019, they became the VP of Sales and an investor at Amplify Additive, where they solved supply chain problems using additive manufacturing for the orthopedic market. Ryan then joined ALM Ortho, Inc. in 2020 as the Senior Vice President of Patient-Specific Implants and Custom Orthopedic Implants, where they developed and delivered innovative 3D printed orthopedic implants.

Ryan Haynes earned a Bachelor's Degree in Management and Operations from Bentley University from 1990 to 1994. In addition, they obtained the certification of Scrum Fundamentals Certified from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in the year 2018.
