Dee Mondschein

Dee Mondschein is an experienced educator and editor with a diverse background in curriculum development, copy editing, and content creation. Currently serving as a Fact Checker and Copy Editor at Encyclopaedia Britannica since March 2023, responsibilities include editing early elementary articles. As a Curriculum Writer for Harlem Children's Zone since April 2021, Mondschein develops academic standards-based ELA instructional materials and provides targeted learning interventions. Additional freelance editing experience spans over a decade, with contributions to numerous educational publishers and media outlets, alongside roles as a Proofreader/Copy Editor and Book Seller. Mondschein holds a Master of Philosophy in English Language and Literature from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Boston University.
