Ryan Kyrola

Ryan Kyrola serves as the Associate Vice President of Strategy, People, and Special Projects at Amplify. Prior experience includes holding the position of Chief Operating Officer for Teach For America Florida and serving as Managing Director of Strategy, Talent, and Operations in Miami-Dade, as well as (Senior) Manager of Teacher Leadership Development within the same organization. Ryan also worked as an Organizational Development Consultant at Rethinc and began a career in education as a Mathematics Teacher and Corps Member with Miami-Dade County Public Schools. Educationally, Ryan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from St. Olaf College.
