Lenny Pruss

Lenny Pruss is a General Partner at Amplify Partners. Lenny focuses on investments in cloud infrastructure, developer tools, SaaS, and security.

Lenny has over 10 years of experience in venture capital, with a focus on early stage companies. Prior to joining Amplify, Lenny was a Principal at Redpoint Ventures, where they helped lead the firm’s investments in Hashicorp (Series B) and Lightstep (Series A; acq. by ServiceNow).

Lenny started their career as an investor at RRE Ventures, where they helped lead investments in Datadog (NASDAQ: DDOG), WhipTail (acq. by Cisco), and Logentries (acq. by Rapid7). Lenny also worked with startups as an engineer and product manager at dbt Labs, Temporal Technologies, and Prisma.

Lenny received a BS in Computer Science from Columbia University.

Lenny Pruss has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science - BS in Cs from the University of California, Berkeley.
