SBC Programs Coordinator at Amplio Network

Fidelis Da-uri has a diverse work experience in the field of program management and social and behavior change. Fidelis started their career at MIHOSO International as a Field Officer, where they led community mobilization efforts and implemented various initiatives related to agriculture, health education, and women's empowerment. Later, they joined Amplio Network as a Program Field Manager/Head of Field Office, where they supervised a team and managed project planning, coordination, reporting, finances, administration, and logistics. Fidelis then transitioned to the role of Social and Behavior Change Specialist at Amplio Network, where they designed communication strategies and provided training and technical support on behavior change communication tools and processes. Currently, they hold the position of Program Manager at Amplio Ghana, where they lead the planning, coordination, and management of social and behavior change programs, with a focus on health system strengthening and communication for behavior change. Fidelis also manages the integrated emergency response for COVID-19 across multiple districts and health volunteer networks.

Fidelis Da-uri began their education at Nandom Senior High from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained their WASSCE with a field of study in Business. Fidelis then proceeded to Wa Polytechnic from 2008 to 2011 and earned a Higher National Diploma in Accounting and Business/Management. Fidelis continued their academic journey at the University of Education from 2017 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. The most recent phase of their education was at the University for Development Studies, where they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Development Communication (Communication for Development) from 2019 to 2021.
