Jenna Elliott

Jenna Schwalbe Elliott is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and consulting. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Customer Success at Amplitude, Jenna has also held roles including Vice President of EMEA Customer Success and Head of Global Professional Services. Prior to this, Jenna was a Director at Narvar and at Castlight Health, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing enterprise health and wellness software implementation and managing teams focused on customer services. Jenna's career started at Triage Consulting Group, where strategic leadership was provided across multiple engagements with large hospital networks. Jenna holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, along with minors in Spanish Literature and Urban Studies and Planning from UC San Diego.
