Nikki Lasley

Nikki Lasley has nearly 20 years of senior leadership experience focused on improving opportunity for traditionally marginalized communities. She is currently Head of Diversity Equity and Inclusion at Amplitude where she focuses on creating an inclusive culture through recruiting. learning, and employee engagement. She's previously served as Diversity Sr. Program Officer, VP for Bank of the West and Executive Director of Peralta Colleges Foundation where she raised funds for student scholarships and apprenticeships. Nikki spent most of her career in education philanthropy and management including leading education initiatives at Salesforce.org, as the director of programs and assessment for the Stanford sponsored charter school in East Palo Alto, and at the Stupski Foundation supporting district-wide reform across the country. Nikki is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated, an international service organization. She has also served on several non-profit organization boards, including Child Care Coordinating Council of San Mateo, Foundation for a College Education, and MESA (UCOP). Nikki earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Theory from University of California, Santa Cruz, and a Master's degree, in Education Policy and Management from the University of Connecticut
